We are committed to providing high-quality tree and shrub care services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Service was not performed as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Service was cancelled by Fryxarinaixik due to circumstances beyond our control
• Significant deviation from the agreed scope of work without client approval

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Service Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, we may offer:

• Additional service to address specific concerns
• Service adjustments at no additional cost
• Partial refund if service cannot be adjusted to meet expectations

Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather conditions that make service unsafe or ineffective. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. No cancellation fees apply to weather-related cancellations.

Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about billing or payment, please contact us immediately. We will review your account and work to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly and fairly.
